Benefits for the Team: A uniform and consistent approach to leadership, ensures that managers understand how to ‘supervise supervisors’ and nurture a productive team environment. These behavioural approaches are then adopted, acquired and implemented by supervisors when they encounter day-to-day ‘on-the-job’ problems and situations.
Participants will acquire skills necessary to handle one to one, employee/supervisor situations and manager/supervisor situations. They will also learn the following interpersonal communication and problem solving skills as defined in the model below, these are listed in the right-hand column.
